Reach every tenant instantly.
Compose once, choose who it goes to, and send. Bulk SMS broadcasts reach your whole portfolio or a precise segment — overdue accounts, a single block, leases expiring soon — over the channel every tenant can receive.

Built on real carrier routes, with failover
Safoa sends through established African SMS providers — Arkesel and Africa's Talking — with automatic failover: if one provider can't deliver, the next one tries. Every send is logged so you can see what got through, and routing is country-aware so messages take the right path to each network.
Country and sender-ID coverage
Bulk SMS reaches tenants across our supported markets — Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya via Arkesel, and additionally Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa and Rwanda via Africa's Talking. Branded sender IDs are used in countries where they're approved; where they aren't, messages send from a compliant default. Sender-ID registration is country-specific and we'll guide you through it.
What it costs
SMS is charged per message, and per-message rates vary by country and network. Each Safoa plan includes an SMS allowance; bulk broadcasts draw from it. See the pricing page for what each plan includes and which plans include bulk broadcasts.
Send responsibly
Bulk messaging is regulated, and the rules differ by country — Ghana's NCA, Nigeria's NCC, Kenya's CA and South Africa's ICASA all set expectations around consent, sender identity and opt-outs. Safoa gives you the tools to message responsibly — keep broadcasts relevant, send within reasonable hours, and always honour opt-outs. Safoa helps you comply but can't guarantee compliance with every national rule; when in doubt, check your local regulator.
Two channels, different jobs
SMS reaches every tenant with a phone — no app, no data needed — which makes it ideal for mass, must-arrive notices. WhatsApp is richer and better for 1:1 conversations and the AI Assistant. They're complementary; WhatsApp broadcasts are on the roadmap.
Know what got through
Every broadcast logs its delivery results, so you can see how many messages were delivered, retry failures, and keep a record of what you sent and when.
