We pointed our practice at the landlords we knew.
When we kept seeing landlords run their portfolios across notebooks, WhatsApp groups, and half-broken spreadsheets, we tried every property management tool we could find. Imported options refused to connect to mobile-money rails and assumed everyone could just card-pay in dollars. Free ones were spreadsheet templates pretending to be products. Nothing was built for the way Africa actually rents — multilingual tenants, multi-year advances, rent control acts from Accra to Nairobi, and the WhatsApp culture that runs landlord–tenant communication across the continent.
So we built it.
